We are pleased to announce that Julian Bogdani, as director of the Laboratorio di Archeologia Digitale (LAD), will take part in the event “Archaeological Heritage and Cultural Landscapes. National Research and Protection Programmes and Strategies”, promoted by the Directorate-General for Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape (DGABAP) of the MiC, to be held in Rome on 22 and 23 May 2025.
The meeting represents an important opportunity for dialogue between institutions, universities and professionals in the field, with the aim of sharing experiences, tools and perspectives for the protection and enhancement of Italy’s archaeological heritage.
J. Bogdani’s participation is planned as part of the final round table, moderated by Luigi La Rocca, Head of the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage, with the following invited participants:
- Federico Barello, Superintendent of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape for the provinces of Imperia and Savona
- Julian Bogdani, Associate Professor of Archaeological Research Methodologies at Sapienza Università di Roma
- Paolo Carafa, Full Professor of Classical Archaeology at Sapienza Università di Roma, Advisor to the Minister for Antiquities
- Teresa Elena Cinquantaquattro, Regional Secretary of the MiC for Campania
- Alessandro D’Alessio, Director of the Ostia Antica Archaeological Park
