Participation in the opening event of the 14th edition of the Cerealia festival

On 14 September, the director of the Italian-Albanian Archaeological Mission (Sapienza - Albanian Institute of Archaeology) Julian Bogdani will take part in the opening ceremony of the 14th edition of the Cerealia Festival, organised by the cultural association Music Theatre International - M.Th.I. ETS, in collaboration with the International Association of Mediterranean and Oriental Studies (ISMEO) and the Accademia Vivarium Novum, under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (MASAF), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI), the Embassy of the Republic of Albania, the Lazio Region, Roma Capitale, and the Regional Association of Journalists for Agriculture, Food, Environment, Territory, Rural Tourism, Forests, Fisheries and Renewable Energy (ARGA) Lazio.

The festival has received:

  • the EFFE LABEL, European Festival of Excellence (from 2015 to 2025),
  • the Medal of the President of the Republic (editions from 2017 to 2021, 2023).

The ceremony will be held at Villa Falconieri (Viale Borromini 5 | 00044 Frascati RM).

Handover between Slovenia and Albania, in the presence of high diplomatic representatives in Italy

A look at historical and contemporary Albania: round table with

  • Adriano Rossi (president, ISMEO),
  • Julian Bogdani (Sapienza University - Rome),
  • Luigi Miraglia (president, Accademia Vivarium Novum),
  • Gjergji Kajana (freelance Albanian journalist specialising in international relations).

Moderated by Paola Sarcina (president, MThI / director, Cerealia Festival)
